Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26 Fully Funded Undergraduate Scholarships, The Government of Oman announced fully funded scholarships for international students—including Pakistani nationals—under the Omani Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation.
Scholarship Benefits
- Tuition Fee 100% free
- Monthly stipend (OMR 200) without housing, OMR 140 (if free housing is provided)
- Free Air Ticket per academic year
- You can choose 3 universities and 2 academic major.
Qualification/Eligibility:
These scholarships offer the opportunity to pursue Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering, Humanities, IT, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at selected private higher education institutions across Oman.
- Must be Pakistani National
- Age limit 23 years at the time of application
- Medically fit
- Equivalency certificate from ministry of Oman.

- Intermediate certificate or equivalent
- English Language proficiency (if available)
